Steve, the guy who sold us the website said “hey, a weekly Blog will help get you on that first page of Google!”  Despite being guarded and a bit socially awkward, I thought, “boy, that sounds good.” Seven months later, I am fairly certain, you can safely hide your money on whatever page we are located on from a Google Search of “St. Louis Insurance” – Thanks Steve!

When time permits, I have grown to enjoy the exercise and I do believe some of the posts provide valuable insight on Insurance and can help people stay out of financial  trouble with proper coverage or a Loss Control Tip.  However, despite the captivating subject matter and the brilliantly engaging writing style, based on response, I think the general view of the Blog is indifference.

That changed with this post – with the number of response phone calls and emails received, my ego was stroked and I acquired an understanding of the motivations of media extremists. The post was not meant to be incendiary in any way, rather just provide a valuable answer to a question we have been receiving in volume. I had even debated whether or not to post. But now, who cares?!  Response volume has developed an ego manic with a narcissistic craving for more. So, moving forward this Blog will only contain provocative, if not outright dangerous posts on the hot button issues of the day.

I know this is quite frightening for many of you, and that’s ok.  For the more daring, check back weekly or so.
